Research Associate - Formulation Development

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Formulation and development of pharmaceutical products for both emerging and regulated markets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
2. Execution of lab-scale trial batches and supporting technology transfer activities at manufacturing sites.
3. Accurate and timely writing of lab notebooks and documentation in adherence to regulatory guidelines and good documentation practices (GDP).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in formulation and development of Tablets, Capsules, Pellets, Extended Release (ER), Sustained Release (SR), and Delayed Release (DR) products, particularly targeted for emerging markets.
• Strong understanding of formulation science, process optimization, and regulatory expectations in emerging and regulated markets.
• Familiarity with technology transfer processes and ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturing teams.
• Attention to detail in documentation and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
