Role & Responsibilities

New Product & Existing Product Packaging

• Develop packaging solutions for new products targeting contract manufacturing and regulated markets.
• Revise existing product packaging as per Marketing, Regulatory, or Production requirements.

Packaging for Stability & Exhibit Batches

• Handle stability batch packaging in coordination with Formulation Development teams.
• Execute exhibit batch packaging activities specific to regulatory market submissions.

Master Data Management & System Approvals

• Generate and obtain approvals for packaging codes in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Process and approve CMOF (Contract Manufacturing Order Form) for exports in SAP.

BOM & Costing Support

• Prepare and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) for cost estimations for both contract manufacturing and regulated market supplies.

Technical Studies & Trials

• Conduct MVTR (Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate) studies and transportation trials for exported products to ensure packaging integrity and compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates must have a background in R&D Packaging Development.
• Experience with pharmaceutical packaging in a regulated/contract manufacturing environment is essential.
• Familiarity with SAP, MDM, and packaging validation requirements for regulated markets is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of MVTR, stability requirements, costing, and regulatory documentation in packaging.
