Required US Outbound sales Agent

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated US Outbound Sales Agent to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to potential clients in the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential US clients to generate leads and sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in an international market.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and persuasive speaking style.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with the US market and cultural nuances is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
