Required Team Leader/Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales agents handling the US international sales process.
• Monitor and manage shrinkage, attrition, SLA, KRAs, and KPIs to ensure team productivity and quality.
• Drive team performance, motivate agents, and meet sales targets.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to process guidelines.
