Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Sell flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
  • Understand customer travel needs and recommend tailored travel solutions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Provide accurate information on travel products, pricing, and policies.
  • Manage post-sales services, including changes, cancellations, or special requests.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and tools.
  • Log all interactions and bookings accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in international travel sales or a similar sales role.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of global destinations, airlines, and travel booking procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts aligned with target regions (e.g., US/Europe hours).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to customers in Spain, Latin America, or Spanish-speaking US markets.
  • Previous experience in B2C or B2B travel sales.
  • Certification in travel & tourism or hospitality is a bonus.
