Role: Application Lead

Project Role Description

• Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Solution Architect on o9 implementation projects.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, design solutions, and document architecture.
• Guide the configuration team in implementing the solution.
• Lead conversations with client business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams, product teams, and technology stakeholders.
• Drive technology future state planning and roadmaps.
• Ensure designs align with business needs, system performance, security, compliance, and architecture standards.

Technical Experience

• 12–15 years of experience implementing o9 Solutions and similar SCM (Supply Chain Management) software.
• At least 2 full-cycle o9 implementation projects as a Solution Architect.
• Expertise in one or more of the following business processes:
• Demand Planning / Forecasting
• Supply Planning
• Production Planning
• S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
• Strong skills in design, software configuration, and reference models.
• Excellent collaboration, team leadership, and individual contribution.
• Strong communication skills and experience in business stakeholder engagement.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams towards solution delivery.

Educational Qualification

• BTech / BE / MCA
