Repair-Maintenance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Deliver value through continuous improvement of conditioning process of equipment such as Pallets, Crates, and Utility boxes at company s warehouses and those at customers (on-site) location in the region, based on defined processes and leveraging best practices available globally or locally
• Ensure quality assessment of equipment pool, conditioning manpower training, and safety at all locations
• Ensure complete control of 5M Manpower, Material, Machine, Method, and Money through close coordination with reporting Manager
• Adherence to SOP
• 100 % pre-dispatch inspection before every dispatch and inspection at the time of equipment return
• Ensure submission of all reports within given timelines
• Maintain the health of machinery/tools
• Able to do effective planning
• Maintain stock of all assets and consumables for better planning
• Open to learning and implementing new ideas and processes
