Job Title: Renewal Manager

Function: Finance & Accounting (Accounting / Auditing)

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing the renewal process, improving renewal rates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, risk management, and leadership of renewal-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Renewal Process Management:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end renewal process to ensure timely and effective results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze renewal data and metrics to monitor performance and support decision-making.
  • Utilize reporting tools to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams to identify challenges and implement process enhancements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align renewal strategies with business objectives.

Risk & Compliance Management:

  • Identify risks associated with the renewal process and implement mitigation measures.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor team members involved in the renewal process.
