Role- Remote Desktop Support
Description
We are seeking an experienced Remote Desktop Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution of issues.
Responsibilities
- Desktop Support, Windows 10, 11 troubleshooting experience
- Good-to-Have Windows Virtual Desktop, Basic Azure, and scripting
- Provide technical support to end-users via remote desktop tools and communication channels.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on client systems.
- Manage and prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software installations.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security and system usage.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in remote desktop support or a related technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar applications.
- Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
