Job Description
- 5 to 8 years experience in ITSM processes such as release / change management activities
- Good working knowledge to create and manage change request for production changes end to end using Service now tool.
- Having good knowledge of SIA (Security impact assessment) process for application and infra changes Having good knowledge of agile process and ESDLC process Having strong analytic skills Experience in coordinating production deployments for Application and infra releases.
- Change approval board and stakeholder management Good communication skills ( both verbal and written) Good knowledge of DevOps, automated deployment tools/ (CD/CI) pipelines/software packaging/version control, ADO etc
- Basic knowledge of Operating systems, Oracle Database.
- Team player in globally located team
