Job Description
- Handle and manage 50 BC Points on a day-to-day basis for the acquisition of Savings Accounts (SA), Current Accounts (CA), Term Deposits (TD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), and Asset Cross-Sell through BC points in your assigned Cluster/Territory/Area.
- Grow BC points across the district, with a minimum of 50 per each specific Area/Cluster allotted.
- Maintain the highest level of relationship with BC side local, regional, and zonal supervisory teams.
- Ensure seamless service delivery to clients and provide all kinds of support to BC points from the Bank's side.
- Ensure activation of every BC point in the allotted Cluster/Area.
- Conduct weekly campaigns, marathons, and product-wise sales drives.
- Closely monitor every BC, directly and indirectly, to avoid all kinds of malpractices and ensure 100% implementation of Bank practices, regulations, and compliance.
- Responsible for the achievement of allotted targets for Team Members (TMs) and their direct reports as per assigned Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs).
- Responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the Cluster/Area.
- Strong in lobbying, relationship building, and rapport building.
- Responsible for growing books through deepening existing acquired clients and increasing CA, SA, TD, RD, Cross-Sell of Assets, and Cross-Sell of Third-Party Products (TPP) for income generation.
- Ensure 100% LMS exam completion by every team member under supervision, including all levels.
- Provide timely product training to sharpen sales team skills and knowledge.
- Ensure completion of all compulsory exams like IRDA, NCFM required modules, AMFI, etc., for all levels of teams under supervision.
