Relationship Manager(Working Capital)

Role Responsibilities:

• Acquire new-to-bank clients for working capital and lending products
• Drive disbursal targets and manage overdue accounts
• Build relationships with internal channels for lead generation
• Cross-sell Trade and Forex solutions to enhance portfolio

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 2 in working capital/lending sales
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of banking products, risk, and compliance
• MBA preferred with exposure to retail distribution channels
