Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Business Acquisition: Visit and acquire/generate new corporate business within Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon for wellness services. Maintain regular follow-ups with these clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.
  • High-Level Client Management: Take accountability for high-level client management, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Client Engagement Activities: Manage and organize client engagement activities such as awareness talks, health camps, and other wellness-related events for corporate clients.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on revenue, activities, client visits, and other necessary parameters to track performance and inform strategy.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate effectively with the Head Office (HO) and various internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of business operations and processes.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing and potential clients to maximize revenue and service offerings.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of the corporate market and industry .
  • Experience in selling services/products within the healthcare domain is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professionally qualified in the healthcare domain.
