Job Description

Experience :

  • 4+ years of experience in Working Capital, Business banking.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • On-board and Maintain strong relationship with Open Market/ DSA/channel Partner to meet the monthly Target.
  • Addition of New To Bank customers to the portfolio.
  • Portfolio Management with profitable Income.
  • Target income Generation in the form of Fee and Interest Income.
  • Cross sell and up sell various products like Loan Cover Insurance and General insurance.
  • Coordination with various internal stakeholders like Credit ,operations and channel partners to align with TAT.
  • Proactive Monitoring & deepening Relationship with NTB & ETB client.
  • Should be Self Learning , collaborative and result oriented.
  • Should have experience in handling secured loans, Business Banking, working capital.
