Job Description

Sales Process Management

  • Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and through cross-selling initiatives.
  • Continuously enhance and upgrade client relationships to foster long-term engagement.

Customer Relationship Management & Expansion

  • Retain and expand the company's customer base for home loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) channels to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to cultivate loyalty and generate future opportunities.

DSA & Builder Relationship Management

  • Maximize sales through a network of DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure a robust business pipeline.
  • Identify and develop new builder/channel partnerships to penetrate new markets and drive business growth.

APF Penetration & Project Focus

  • Maximize the number of APFs (Approved Project Files) and increase penetration within approved APF projects.

Loan Processing & Internal Liaison

  • Ensure the smooth processing of files from the initial login stage to final disbursement.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments (Operations and Credit) to ensure timely completion of the loan process.

Sales Team Management & Productivity

  • Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of Relationship Managers to achieve team targets and contribute to the area's business goals and profitability.
  • Align the team on ground lead generation activities to support sales objectives.
  • Lead and supervise the team of Relationship Managers, implementing growth strategies through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment.

Market Awareness & Strategic Input

  • Constantly stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Utilize market understanding, competitive insights, and knowledge of available products to provide valuable feedback to the central product and policy team, ensuring market leadership.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure strict compliance with all Audit and NHB (National Housing Bank) regulations.
  • Adhere to all company processes, policies, and reporting requirements as per established systems.
