Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate intra-day trading calls and investment ideas to customers, ensuring they are well-informed for their trading decisions.
  • Individually operate NSE/BSE Terminals for trade execution and market monitoring.
  • Possess the ability to advise clients from time to time based on robust research advices, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Achieve laid down budgets with respect to revenue generation and client activation, demonstrating a strong performance orientation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retail broking clients, understanding their investment goals and risk profiles.
  • Execute trades accurately and efficiently on behalf of clients using NSE/BSE terminals.
  • Proactively engage with clients to provide market insights, research-backed recommendations, and trading strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for client activation and increase client engagement with broking services.
  • Generate revenue through successful execution of trades and cross-selling of relevant financial products.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and trading activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in retail broking or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian equity markets (NSE/BSE).
  • Ability to understand and interpret research reports and market trends.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and customer-centric approach.
  • Relevant NISM certifications would be an added advantage.
