Client Acquisition & CASA Management

  • Acquire premium CASA (Current Account Savings Account) clients
  • Meet and exceed CASA acquisition targets
  • Onboard clients and ensure smooth account activation

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-end clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored banking solutions
  • Cross-sell banking products including loans, insurance, and investment services

Sales & Reporting

  • Track sales progress and report to the branch or regional manager
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and accounts
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client requirements

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
