Job Description

  • Acquire and manage all types of core liability clients and products for NR Privy or Priority customers, including Savings Accounts (SA), Current Accounts (CA), Term Deposits (TD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), and Asset X-sell in your assigned area.
  • Identify and onboard top market-leading NR Privy or Priority liability clients, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), and HNIs at local branches across various geographies in the State or Territory.
  • Participate in joint calls with NR Privy or Priority Team Members (TM), Sales Heads (SH), and Branch Banking officials as needed to facilitate deal closures.
  • Organize and execute sales campaigns and events in NR Privy or Priority catchment areas, including road shows and sales marathons, to enhance brand visibility in the market.
  • Possess strong skills in business lobbying, relationship building, and rapport building with key stakeholders such as immigration consultants, educational consultants, abroad travel agents, FCY Exchange agencies, and software companies.
  • Grow the NR Privy or Priority book by deepening relationships with existing clients and increasing Current Account (CA), Savings Account (SA), Term Deposit (TD), Recurring Deposit (RD), Asset X-sell, and Third-Party Product (TPP) X-sell for income generation.
  • Implement and expand NR Privy or Priority leads using a funnel concept to filter and prioritize valid leads, ensuring quality time is spent on prospective clients.
  • Ensure 100% completion of LMS exams by every team member under your supervision, across all levels.
  • Provide regular product training to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams.
  • Ensure the completion of all compulsory exams (e.g., IRDA, NCFM required modules, AMFI) for all team members under your supervision.
