Job Description
A Relationship Manager for Non-Resident (NR) Business is responsible for building and managing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, focusing on acquiring new clients and serving existing ones to meet revenue targets. Key duties include providing financial solutions for their needs, cross-selling banking products, and resolving client issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Core responsibilities
- Client acquisition and retention: Acquiring new NRI clients through referrals and other channels, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Financial solutions: Providing tailored financial and investment solutions to meet client needs, such as asset products, loans, and wealth management.
- Revenue generation: Meeting assigned revenue and sales targets by cross-selling products and services.
- Client servicing: Serving as the main point of contact for clients, resolving queries, managing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Relationship management: Proactively engaging with clients through calls and emails, sharing insights on market trends, and tracking their financial activities.
- Internal coordination: Working with other departments to provide seamless service and fulfill client needs.
