Sales Process Management

• Create appropriate builder development plans by identifying potential developers and the decision makers within the client s organization and set up meetings accordingly.
• Build relationships with their required team by calling and meeting as appropriate within the respective market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and leverage network.
• Collaborate with the sales/CRM team to develop proposals that will anticipate the client s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Timely Present/ update new products and schemes and enhance existing relationships.
• Lead Management from the client specified team and populating the same in our internal systems
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company s CRM or other sales management system.
• Partner with the marketing team to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with internal stake holders for allocating the leads and delegating the task to the appropriate team members.
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels and develop the company s unique selling propositions and differentiators so as to maximize sales
• Maintaining the proper MIS on daily basis and consolidating the same on Month end for some analytical inputs

Industry Governance

• Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
• Use understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.
