Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Create builder development plans, identify potential developers, and set meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure a robust pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales/CRM team to develop proposals and present new products and schemes.
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems, generate progress reports, and oversee lead management.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate (any discipline) with postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- Strong sales management experience and familiarity with the B2C sales environment.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Expertise in compliance with audit and industry regulations, especially within financial services.
