Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Create builder development plans, identify potential developers, and set meetings with decision-makers.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure a robust pipeline.
  3. Collaborate with the sales/CRM team to develop proposals and present new products and schemes.
  4. Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems, generate progress reports, and oversee lead management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Graduate (any discipline) with postgraduate qualifications preferred.
  2. Strong sales management experience and familiarity with the B2C sales environment.
  3. Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Expertise in compliance with audit and industry regulations, especially within financial services.
