RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - CSB BANK - CTC UPTO 4 LPA

Key Roles:

• Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 4-5 Bank. Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff
• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
• Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
• Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.
• Build long term relationship with the bank staff.

Eligibility Qualifications:

• Age between 21 – 30 yrs
• Graduation / Post Graduation
• 1 Year plus Sales Experience
• Good Communication Skills.
• Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
• Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude
• High on Honesty and Integrity
• Ready to Stretch and Achieve. Ready to travel
