Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agency Recruitment & Development

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential insurance agents/advisors.
  • Ensure effective training and development of new agents to drive productivity.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentoring to agents for business development.

2. Sales Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the agency network.
  • Promote and sell financial products (e.g., insurance policies, investment plans, etc.) via agents.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

3. Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners.
  • Resolve escalations and support agents in addressing customer queries and objections.
  • Organize agent meetings, recognition programs, and performance reviews.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track agent performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports.
  • Use dashboards and CRM tools to monitor business growth and agent engagement.
  • Share feedback with management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

5. Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure agents follow all regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Conduct periodic audits and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
  • Maintain high standards of ethical selling and client servicing.
