  • Build and expand the customer portfolio
  • Drive book building initiatives to enhance portfolio value
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Revenue Generation

  • Cross-sell and upsell banking and investment products
  • Increase wallet share from existing customers
  • Contribute to branch revenue and business growth

Operational & Compliance Support

  • Ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain proper documentation and KYC compliance
