Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel walk-in clients and book them for Slimming membership packages; no field work or cold calling required.
• Take initiatives to increase sales through client counseling, creating brand awareness (Prettislim TM), and organizing marketing activities to drive walk-ins.
• Upsell existing clients to enhance sales.
• Attend and monitor telephonic inquiries, converting them into walk-ins and then into bookings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and adhering to SOPs.
• Organize marketing activities to increase brand visibility and client engagement.
