Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire customers for Current Account and Savings Account products from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates.
  • Achieve and increase business volume and customer numbers.
  • Cross-sell third-party products such as Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, and Asset Products.
  • Retain customers through efficient service during the first three months post-acquisition before handing over to Relationship Officers.
  • Perform cold calling to generate leads and secure appointments.
  • Understand customers' occupations and financial needs.
  • Introduce and explain suitable banking products to customers.
  • Resolve queries and problems of converted customers.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate customer database.
