Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire customers for Current Account and Savings Account products from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates.
- Achieve and increase business volume and customer numbers.
- Cross-sell third-party products such as Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, and Asset Products.
- Retain customers through efficient service during the first three months post-acquisition before handing over to Relationship Officers.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and secure appointments.
- Understand customers' occupations and financial needs.
- Introduce and explain suitable banking products to customers.
- Resolve queries and problems of converted customers.
- Manage and maintain an accurate customer database.
