Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market sourcing.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, references, and channel partner networks (DSAs, brokers, etc.).
  • Maintain strong business relationships with clients and channel partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand loan requirements and recommend suitable LAP products.
  • Ensure timely collection and verification of documents in line with internal documentation norms and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Legal, Operations) for faster and compliant processing of client applications.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on leads and conversions in sales tracking systems.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 1–4 years in Home Loan / LAP sales (mandatory).
  • Education: Undergraduate or Graduate in any field.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, loan processes, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field sales role.
