Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market sourcing and relationship management.
  • Identify and acquire new customers by generating leads and converting prospects through direct sales and channel partners (DSA, connectors, brokers, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and intermediaries to drive consistent lead flow.
  • Follow standardized internal processes and documentation norms to ensure timely and compliant closure of cases.
  • Provide clients with product information, eligibility criteria, documentation support, and regular updates on their application status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) to facilitate smooth processing and disbursement.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to better serve customers and optimize acquisition strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in Home Loan and LAP verticals is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of LAP products, credit assessment, and documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Freshers with relevant internships or sales exposure may also apply.
  • Educational Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream.
