Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales of Home Loan products including Loan Against Property (LAP) and mortgage loans.
  • Source new business primarily through open market channels, including Direct Selling Team (DST), Connectors, and other referral partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners like DSAs and brokers to maximize business sourcing.
  • Understand and explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and application processes to customers and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines throughout the sales and loan processing lifecycle.
  • Monitor sales targets and devise strategies to achieve or exceed them consistently.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (credit, legal, underwriting) to ensure smooth and quick loan approvals and disbursements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in Home Loan and LAP sales, preferably in banking or NBFC environments.
  • Strong network and expertise in open market sourcing, DST, DSA, and connector channels.
  • Good understanding of mortgage lending, loan eligibility, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
