Job Description

Candidate Requirements

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate with a passion for Sales.
  • Age should not be more than 35 years.
  • 3+ years of experience in NTB Business Acquisition of NR Privy or Priority products (CA, SA, RD, TD, LI, GI, MF, Investments, Asset X Sell etc.).
  • Full understanding of local markets and product knowledge in NR & Privy or Priority of CASA, LI, GI, MF, Investments, Asset X Sell Business is mandatory.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English and a Regional Language will be an added advantage.
  • Must be ready to travel extensively and be mobile.

Roles & Responsibilities for RM - NR & Privy or Priority Channel

  • Acquire and manage all core liability clients and products (NR & Privy or Priority SA, CA, TD, RD, LI, GI, and Asset X sell) in the allotted area.
  • Identify and onboard Top Market Leading NR & Privy or Priority Liability Clients, Ultra HNIs, HNIs, etc., at local branches across various geographies in the State or Territory.
  • Accompany NR & Privy or Priority TM, SH, and Branch Banking officials for joint calls as per business requirements to facilitate deal closures.
  • Run Sales Campaigns and Events in NR & Privy or Priority catchments, and conduct Road Shows and Sales Marathons for brand building in the market.
  • Strong in Business lobbying, relationship, and rapport building with immigration consultants, Educational Consultants, Abroad travel agents, FCY Exchange agencies, Software companies etc.
  • Responsible for growing the NR & Privy or Priority book through deepening existing client relationships and increasing CA, SA, TD, RD, X Sell of Assets, and X Sell of TPP for income generation.
  • Implement and grow NR & Privy or Priority leads through a Funnel concept, filtering good leads and discarding scrap leads to focus quality time on valid leads.
  • Ensure 100% LMS exams completion by every team member under supervision, including all levels.
  • Provide timely product training to sharpen sales teams' skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure completion of all compulsory exams like IRDA, NCFM required modules, AMFI etc., for all teams.
