Job Description

  • Acquire and manage all types of core liability clients and products for Non-Resident (NR) & Priority or Privy segments, including Savings Accounts (SA), Current Accounts (CA), Term Deposits (TD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), and Asset Cross-Sell within the allotted area.
  • Identify and onboard top market-leading NR & Priority or Privy Liability Clients, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), and HNIs at local branches across various geographies in the State or Territory.
  • Conduct joint calls with NR & Priority or Privy Team Members (TMs), Sales Heads (SHs), and Branch Banking officials as per business requirements to facilitate deal closures.
  • Execute sales campaigns and events in NR & Priority or Privy catchments, including roadshows and sales marathons, for brand building in the market.
  • Demonstrate strong business lobbying, relationship, and rapport-building skills with immigration consultants, educational consultants, abroad travel agents, Foreign Currency (FCY) exchange agencies, software companies, and similar entities.
  • Responsible for growing the NR & Priority or Privy book through deepening existing client relationships and increasing CA, SA, TD, RD, Cross-Sell of Assets, and Cross-Sell of Third-Party Products (TPP) for income generation.
  • Implement and grow NR & Priority or Privy leads using the funnel concept, filtering good leads and weeding out unproductive ones to focus quality time on valid prospects.
  • Ensure 100% completion of LMS exams by every team member under supervision, including all levels.
  • Provide timely product training to sharpen sales teams' skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure completion of all compulsory exams like IRDA, NCFM required modules, AMFI, etc., for full teams under supervision.
