Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and delivering personalized solutions. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and managing all aspects of their financial portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine :

• Doing daily meeting with clients and updating the same in the app, responsible for lead conversion.
• Collecting KYC documents, NOI and required documents of Customers getting file ready and ensuring all the other required formalities are done.
• Coordinating with Credit, Legal and Technical team for completing formalities
• Getting file ready for sanction

Critical:

• Coordination with BSM and Sourcing proper files.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines and with provision of all legislation and local governance requirement.
• Maintaining relationship with Connectors, builders and customers
• Doing Marketing activities and promotional campaign for generating leads
