Job Description

A Relationship Executive in BBG (Business Banking Group) focuses on acquiring new clients, managing and expanding relationships with existing high-value business clients, and increasing revenue for the bank through cross-selling a variety of financial products like loans, trade services, and investments. Key responsibilities include achieving business targets, managing a client portfolio, identifying potential customers, and working with internal teams to provide comprehensive banking solutions. 

Core responsibilities

  • Client management: Manage and retain existing relationships with high-value clients, focusing on long-term engagement and increasing their 'wallet share' by cross-selling products.
  • Business acquisition: Acquire new clients in the defined business segment, especially high-value SME clients.
  • Revenue generation: Maximize revenue by increasing the asset book, cross-selling products like insurance, trade finance, and wealth management, and enhancing other products.
  • Sales and strategy: Conduct sales calls, identify potential customers through market scoping, and develop strategies with branch teams to achieve business targets.
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and branch networks to source new business and provide comprehensive banking solutions.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all sales processes, compliance guidelines, and KYC/AML procedures.
