As a Registered Nurse in Nursing Services, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, providing compassionate and competent care to patients across various healthcare settings. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement nursing interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical, psychological, and social aspects. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patients' needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and clinical protocols. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established policies, protocols, and medication administration guidelines. Monitor patients' vital signs, observe and document changes in their condition, and report any concerns to the healthcare team. Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, wound care, and pain management. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication. Document accurate and timely nursing assessments, interventions, and evaluations in patient records. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean patient care environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, nursing research, and continuing education to enhance nursing practice.
