Key Responsibilities:

1. Observing and recording patients' behavior.
2. Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
3. In order to provide emotional and psychological support to the patients and their families, RNs create a harmonious environment.
4. Diagnosing the disease by analyzing the patient's symptoms and taking required actions for his/her recovery.
5. Maintaining reports of patient's medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
6. Carrying out the requisite treatments and medications.
