Regional Wealth Head

• A Regional Wealth Head at IndusInd Bank is responsible for leading a team to manage and grow the bank's wealth management business within a specific region.
• Key responsibilities include driving revenue through various wealth products, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and overseeing the performance of relationship managers to achieve business targets. 

Key responsibilities:

• Business Development: Drive the growth of wealth management services in the region by focusing on product lines like liabilities, new acquisitions, and fee-based income.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Area Heads to meet their sales and service targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective leadership and strategy to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure all regional operations are efficient, compliant with bank policies, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Set clear goals, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on the team's progress and achievements to senior management.
• Product Management: Oversee the distribution and management of a wide range of third-party financial products, including insurance and mutual funds.
