Responsibilities

As a leader in academic excellence, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading Cluster Directors to implement brand-aligned academic strategies.
• Ensuring curriculum excellence and CBSE compliance across schools.
• Collaborating with the business team to grow admissions and revenue.
• Conducting master training programs for Principals and Teachers.
• Monitoring school performance and guiding new school setups.

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor's & Master's in Education; a PhD or Ed. Management degree is preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience as a Principal or in multi-school academic leadership.
• In-depth understanding of CBSE norms and the affiliation process.
• Strong leadership, training, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across zones.
