Regional Sales Manager West

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement territory strategies in line with regional/country strategy.
• Territory mapping and coverage through direct sales and dealer networks.
• Expand into uncovered or under-served customer segments.
• Sales forecasting, tracking, and achieving revenue and booking targets.
• Update and analyze market and competition information to devise sales strategies.
• Control receivables and manage statutory documentation.
• Lead generation and understanding of ideal customer profiles.
• Conduct sales promotional activities: technical seminars, presentations, and exhibitions.
• Provide direct sales support for industrial products: Vacuum pumps, compressors (oil-free), powder transfer systems, and other utility capital equipment.
• Work cross-functionally to establish foundations for future sales growth.
• Travel as required to support business needs.
