Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead large-scale sales operations across 1–2 states, drive expansion, and manage high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in the two-wheeler finance industry, strong leadership skills, and proven experience in managing large teams and dealer networks.
️ Mandatory Requirements:
- 100% experience in two-wheeler loan / finance industry (No cross-industry / cross-selling profiles)
- 12+ years of total experience in two-wheeler finance
- Minimum 7+ years of team handling experience (large teams)
- Must have managed entire Gujarat region
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales operations across 1–2 states
- Lead and manage a team of 60–70+ sales professionals
- Drive market expansion and dealer network growth
- Ensure sales productivity and market share growth
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and regional OEM teams
- Ensure brand visibility and presence in the market
- Ensure compliance in sourcing and portfolio management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Track and report market intelligence and competitor activity
- Partner with HR for timely hiring and quality recruitment
- Maintain portfolio quality in coordination with credit & collections
- Conduct product and process training for the team
- Ensure a seamless customer lending journey
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Mandatory: 12+ years in two-wheeler finance industry
- Minimum 7+ years of team handling experience (large team size)
- Strong experience in dealer/channel sales and regional expansion
- Proven experience managing Gujarat market
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Target-driven with a strategic mindset
- Ability to manage large teams and multi-location operations
Compensation
- Salary Range: Up to 15 LPA (Fixed)
