Job Description
- Drive business growth, revenue, and market share for Ingersoll Rand PFT Division from the Gardner Denver product range.
- Generate business by supporting customers and distributors, using sales and marketing tools.
- Implement territory strategies aligned with regional and country strategies.
- Map and cover the West region directly and through dealers.
- Develop uncovered or inadequately served areas/customers.
- Forecast and track territory sales, achieving revenue, booking targets, and other KPIs.
- Monitor market and competition trends to inform sales strategies.
- Manage receivables and statutory documentation compliance.
- Lead generation and identification of ideal customers and product fit.
- Execute sales promotional activities such as technical seminars, presentations, and exhibitions.
- Establish a foundation for sustainable sales growth in the territory.
