Job Description

  • Work closely with senior executives to define and execute regional sales goals and strategies
  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
  • Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts based on market analysis and performance trends
  • Support and guide sales team members to improve selling techniques and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term growth plans for the assigned region
  • Train and educate the sales team through strategy presentations, seminars, and regular review meetings
  • Review regional sales expenses and recommend cost optimization and efficiency improvements
  • Analyze regional market trends to identify new business opportunities and growth areas
