Job Description
- Work closely with senior executives to define and execute regional sales goals and strategies
- Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts based on market analysis and performance trends
- Support and guide sales team members to improve selling techniques and effectiveness
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term growth plans for the assigned region
- Train and educate the sales team through strategy presentations, seminars, and regular review meetings
- Review regional sales expenses and recommend cost optimization and efficiency improvements
- Analyze regional market trends to identify new business opportunities and growth areas
- Identify potential challenges in sales operations and propose timely corrective actions
- Participate in strategic decisions related to regional expansion or acquisitions
- Recommend new products, services, and innovative sales approaches to enhance customer satisfaction
