Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell dental-related pharma products, including anesthetics, oral care products, and dental materials, to dentists, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
  • Market Development: Identify new customers, business opportunities, and emerging market trends within the dental segment.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sampling activities for dental practitioners and institutions.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent growth within the assigned territory.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and provide regular feedback to the marketing team.
  • Payment & Stock Management: Ensure timely collection of payments and manage stock levels with distributors.
  • Brand Visibility: Participate in dental conferences, trade fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand awareness.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Dental, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in pharma or dental industry (experience in dental product sales preferred)
