Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Head (Projects) to lead sales operations and drive business growth within the Real Estate Industry. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader to structure their own team, manage a profit center, and, upon successful handling of the Palghar project, get promoted to MMR Head. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, leading high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform strategies and improve performance.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team. Improve team productivity and provide a creative space for them to grow.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders. Develop strong connections with leading channel partners and networking groups to generate continuous business.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, customer service, and construction, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Market & Risk Analysis: Analyze the real estate market, including trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact sales performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • A 'go-getter' with a strong ability to influence and be a 'path breaker.'
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong network of contacts in the real estate industry is highly desirable.

QUALIFICATION:

  • An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
