Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Support

• Support the sales team in achieving South India sales targets for FY 2025-26
• Ensure optimal chemical consumption with 95% usage compliance as per purchase orders
• Achieve all defined KPIs and limit performance penalties to below 1% of contract value for each customer

Customer Retention & Satisfaction

• Maintain a minimum of 95% customer retention through effective treatment performance
• Conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys covering at least 80% of existing clients
• Implement corrective actions through regular technical audits, performance reviews, and onsite training

Technical Development & Troubleshooting

• Drive sales growth through identification and implementation of new applications
• Develop one technically capable person in each region for application and troubleshooting of CWT, BWT, RO, and WTP systems
• Provide training to new joiners, Site In-Charges (SIC), and Area Technical Services (ATS) staff

System Implementation & Reporting

• Ensure effective implementation of Chembond FLUX system with timely and accurate data entry
• Submit monthly technical and performance reports to customers within the first week of each month, with communication backed by email evidence
