Job Description

  • A Regional Manager, Process Adherence and Quality at IndusInd Bank is responsible for ensuring that banking operations across a specific region adhere to established processes and quality standards.
  • This role involves monitoring branch operations, conducting audits, developing and delivering training on procedures and regulatory guidelines, and ensuring compliance to minimize risk. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and auditing: Regularly auditing branches within the region to check for process adherence and compliance with banking and RBI guidelines.
  • Process improvement: Highlighting deviations from standard processes, providing guidance for corrections, and drafting new processes or formats as needed.
  • Training and development: Developing training materials, manuals, and quizzes, and delivering regular training sessions to branch staff on banking processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Operational support: Guiding and providing timely tips to branch teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
  • Performance management: Monitoring the learning management system index of team members and other officials to ensure performance meets the required levels.
  • Reporting: Releasing reports on process deviations and the actions taken to address them.
