Job Description

  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees across the region as per MHRIL Policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across the region.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs in coordination with L&D to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring of talent.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
