Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Strategic Oversight
- Drive productivity through performance reviews, capability building, and target setting.
- Act as a change agent and brand ambassador for JSW Paints in the assigned region.
2. Regional Business Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned to organizational goals.
- Monitor region-level sales trends, dealer performance, and territory health.
- Ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion at dealer and contractor levels.
3. Market Development & Expansion
- Spearhead new market entries and white-space expansion within the region.
- Identify and convert key competition dealers and develop exclusive retail partnerships.
- Implement localized promotion strategies based on category potential and market insights.
4. Operations & Sales Governance
- Monitor compliance with credit norms, scheme effectiveness, and pricing discipline.
- Oversee regional depot functioning, demand planning, and supply alignment.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to ensure business continuity.
- Actively engage with key dealers, influencers, and project clients to understand needs and enhance service levels.
- Gather market intelligence and provide strategic inputs to senior leadership.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute (Full-time).
Work Experience:
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in Retail Sales, preferably in Decorative Paints/FMCG/Building Materials.
- Strong exposure to leading regional teams and managing multi-state operations.
- Proven track record of delivering high growth and building high-performing teams.
