Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Support & Analysis:
- Serve as the primary support mechanism for the school teams, ensuring that academic operations run smoothly.
- Analyze and identify development areas in academic processes and the overall development of the school.
- Conduct quarterly visits to schools to evaluate quality, identify academic gaps, and develop remedial action plans to address them.
- Support schools in optimizing day-to-day academic operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with academic goals.
- Academic Delivery & Communication:
- Ensure all academic deliveries are on track and align with the academic calendar to ensure timely implementation of lessons, assessments, and other academic activities.
- Act as a bridge to facilitate communication between the school management and NEIPL HQ, ensuring alignment on academic objectives, priorities, and progress.
- Teacher Training & Support:
- Plan and coordinate training and hand-holding sessions for teachers according to the training calendar.
- Onboard and induct new teachers, providing them with a walkthrough of Next Products and ensuring they are familiar with the tools and curriculum.
- Conduct regular follow-up sessions to ensure continuous support and development for teaching staff.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Track the regular academic implementation and ensure proper documentation of academic activities and outcomes at each school.
- Maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOM) for all interactions with the assigned schools to ensure accurate tracking of discussions, action items, and follow-ups.
- Prepare half-yearly academic reports summarizing school performance, improvements, and action plans.
- CBSE Affiliation & Marketing Support:
- Assist and guide schools with CBSE affiliation work, ensuring that all processes are followed correctly and timely.
- Direct marketing work and collaborate with dispatch and SCM teams to ensure that all school requirements are met, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Regular Communication & Issue Resolution:
- Hold daily and weekly calls with schools to understand their academic needs and address them promptly.
- Expedite school requests and ensure timely resolution of issues or challenges.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in academic support, school operations, or related roles.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of academic processes, curriculum implementation, and school operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with school teams, management, and NEIPL HQ.
- Ability to analyze academic performance and create actionable plans for improvement.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and data tracking for academic processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with CBSE affiliation or working in CBSE-affiliated schools.
- Familiarity with Next Products and educational tools used for teaching and learning.
- Ability to motivate and engage teachers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
