Job Description
Are you a seasoned sales leader with a passion for educational products We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Zonal/Regional Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth within your designated territory. You'll be instrumental in promoting and selling Eduvates Curriculum products and services to schools, managing a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and empower a team of 5 to 10 Area Managers or 2 to 3 Territory Managers (who in turn manage 2-3 Area/Sr. Area Business Managers). Your focus will be on guiding, supporting, and motivating them to excel.
- Sales Target Achievement: Take full ownership of driving your teams to achieve challenging weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets, with a regional annual target of ₹3 to ₹7 Crores.
- Strategic Sales Support: Regularly visit schools to provide hands-on support to your team, helping them mature leads and successfully close curriculum deals.
- Performance Focus: Maintain a 100% focus on empowering your teams to consistently hit their individual and collective sales goals.
Skills & Requirements
- Extensive Curriculum Sales Experience: Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in selling curriculum products to schools, demonstrating strong core B2B selling expertise.
- Proven Team Management: Bring at least 3 years of experience in managing a team of 5 to 10 Area Business Managers or 3 to 4 Territory Managers (who have further direct reports), specifically in the curriculum sales sector.
- Track Record of Success: You should have a proven history of achieving individual or team targets of ₹5 Crores or more in previous curriculum sales roles.
- Regional Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of and established connections within the region for which you are applying.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and the relevant regional language for your designated territory.
- Growth Mindset: Be a proactive 'go-getter' who takes complete ownership of their territory and has the drive and attitude to build and expand it from the ground up.
