Regional Manager

Tata Capital Ltd is looking for Regional Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

1. Set performance goals and targets for the locations under your supervision
2. Monitor the performance of the locations and identify areas for improvement
3. Provide support and guidance to location managers and employees to help them meet performance goals
4. Conduct regular meetings with location managers to discuss performance and address any issues or concerns
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
7. Manage the budget for the region and ensure that all locations are operating within financial targets
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and local government officials
9. Lead and manage a team of location managers and employees
